BDO Huka MTB – BDO Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge

We are New Zealand’s most sought after biking event. We create memorable experiences in one of our country’s most breath-taking locations. 

Part of the BDO Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge, the BDO Huka MTB has three event categories, the 85km BDO Huka Challenge, 60km BDO Huka Steamer, and the 30km BDO Huka Teaser. 

If you are looking for an awesome mountain bike challenge, this is for you. You will experience some of the best flowing mountain bike tracks in the region, that you’ll ride predominantly on pumice-based trails, meaning there's minimal mud no matter what the weather conditions.

The BDO Huka MTB categories give you the chance to experience some of the region’s iconic landmarks including the likes of the Huka Falls, Aratiatia Dam, the hot steamy silica thermal streams and trails in the Craters MTB Park.
