Pool attendant

We are seeking mature, confident, and organized pool attendant with nice personality, people and communication skills. You will need to be diligent, responsible, reliable and patient as well as being able to deal with challenging situations.

We operate a roster system so you would need to be available to work nights, weekends and busy holiday periods.

We offer Living Wage Rate.
Key requirements and responsibilities for this role:

• Provide excellent customer service and display a friendly, helpful and courteous manner at all times
• Maintain surveillance of the pools and to react to any swimmer seen to be in any difficulty
• Keep the grounds and facilities clean and presentable at all times, including cleaning of the pools and facilities at night
• The ability to take initiative with the flexibility to multi-task in a busy environment
• Must be reliable honest and trustworthy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good personal presentation
• Be a proactive team player with the ability to work independently
