Receptionist Holiday Park

 

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is one of Taupo’s leading hospitality businesses and is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. 
Are you outgoing, reliable and motivated? Then we may have the role for you.

The position is full-time, you must be available to work between our operating hours of 7am and 9pm, including weekends and school holidays.

With a competitive hourly rate plus the incentive to increase your wages with commission sales, this position would also suit someone with sales experience.

Key requirements and responsibilities for this role:

  • Strong customer service
  • Excellent IT/Computer skills
  • Good personal presentation
  • Must be reliable honest and trustworthy
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to take initiative with the flexibility to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Be a proactive team player coupled with the ability to work independently 
  • Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and school holidays

HandyMan

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is one of Taupo’s leading hospitality businesses and is seeking a motivated self-starter to join the maintenance team, you must be able to work unsupervised and participate as an integral member of a team.

You will have strong operational skills, practical knowledge and experience with a variety of machinery, plant and equipment, and possess a strong ability to multi-task. 

Duties include daily site maintenance for DeBretts Holiday Park and Taupo Hot Springs, landscaping and general grounds care, buildings and facilities repairs and maintenance, machinery maintenance, relationship management with key contractors and suppliers.

Customer Service, maintaining and promoting a positive company image and work ethics are important.

Understanding good working ergonomics in the workplace and adhering to safe work practices at all times as per the Health and Safety Employment Act is essential.

This position is full time and is rostered so you must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays, remuneration will be dependent on skills and experience.
