  • Mizuno Taupo Half Marathon 2013

    The Mizuno Taupo Half Marathon is a really popular event as it is dedicated to the half marathon distance and has a great atmosphere with over 3,000 participants expected! - It is the perfect event for first time walkers and runners doing their first half as it is mostly flat.

    Proceeds from this event are going towards supporting young sports people from around the Taupo region through the Mizuno Half Marathon Sports Fund.

  • Mizuno Kinloch Off-Road Challenge 2013
    Saturday, 07 Sep 2013

    This offroad running or walking event provides stunning views of Lake Taupo throughout the 21.1 kilometre course which is suitable for first-time offroad runners and walkers or more experienced ‘mountain goats’. The event is run on stages of the ‘W2K’ track, starting in Kinloch and making its way towards Whakaipo Bay and incorporating the ‘Headland Track’ loop.

    There is also a 'quarter' marathon option for beginners or supporters - run or walk a 10.5 km route.

  • Taupo 1000 International Off-road Race
