Beautiful Park-Like Setting
One of the best features of Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is the beautiful and lush grounds in which the resort is set on. Thousands of trees, hedges and foliage have been planted to create a private and true natural New Zealand setting. Stunning views of the lake and snow capped volcanic mountains are seen from the resort top. As you walk down the hill to the Hot Springs and Day Spa, you are welcomed by a reseve of native bush. The hot pools complex is located in a natural valley and the pools themselves are carefully surrounded by lush landscaping and maori sculptures.
Most enjoyable couple of nights at debretts, cabins were modern and spacious and the hot pools in the evening are the best way to top off a busy day. Kids also had a great time, we will definately be back.
