The accommodation was great - the service and experience at the pools was amazing and we all kept raving about wanting to go back and stay there again.

Hi, For our family reunion last weekend we had nearly 30 adults and 20 children staying in a range of accommodation at De Bretts. I'd just like to pass on that all of the family were really impressed with the park and it's facilities, and we got lots of positive feedback regarding our choice of venue. In particular the cleanliness and modern feel to all the rooms and communal facilities was appreciated widely. With such a range of motels, cabins and sites, a wide variety of families were able to select something to suit their needs and everyone was quite happy. Many also investigated the options others had chosen and were discussing their choice for the next trip! Most of the families with young children took advantage of the 3 day pool pass and we were able to enjoy swimming together a number of times a day. With a number of adults about, small children were shared around while parents enjoyed a peaceful dip on their own, or even a massage. Mostly, I'd like to pass on our thanks for the care you took in placing our family into sites, rooms and cabins in close proximity to each other so we were able to make the most of a rare family gathering. Thanks - we'll come again!
What a fabulous resort this is. Friends recommended I go there. What a lovely surprise to find this hidden little gem in NZ. Another reason why we are so blessed to live here. Staff there were very accommodating and helpful.
We had a great time and wished it had been longer. There was so much space in the 2 bedroom motel and the kids loved the pools.
This is the second year running we have stayed in a chalet ( grandparents ) and the rest of the family have had a tent site and we have all been thoroughly happy with the accommodation and facilities and service at the Taupo De Bretts. many thanks to all. Maxine and Derek
The kitchen was sparkling clean and very easy to use. We couldn't have hoped for a better place for a night to stay. Next time it will be a longer stop.
Taupo wouldn't be Taupo without your place. It's amazing, your service is one of the best and staff helpful and friendly. Came again on our second honeymoon. Going to bring the kids next time. Recommend it to all.
This place is amazing!
Stayed for one night, with whanau, the staff were very helpful and accommodating lovely to deal with, stayed in a one bedroom family unit was spacious and very clean, cant wait to return for a longer stay. Thankyou Debretts for making our mini break so pleasurable.
